1.1 The goods and the outer packaging of the goods themselves are undamaged and in the original condition in which they were sold and do not affect secondary sales.

1.2 Refunded goods must be products issued by our company.

1.3 Our company has the right to reserve all interpretations!

1.4 If you, the customer, need to cancel your order, you must notify the Company before 4pm on the day of payment; if the purchase was made at the Company after 4pm, the cancellation must be made before 4pm on the next day.

1.5 Customers need to pay the return postage by themselves.

1.6 The validity period of after-sales service such as returns and exchanges: 28 days.

Refund Regulations

2.1 Refund must be contacted within 3 days after receipt of goods, the customer must provide a valid order form and receipt of goods, refunds are only due to product quality problems or wrong goods issues, other than all in the goods will not be refunded after the goods are sent out, the return postage will be paid by the company!
